The Birth of 2 Bad Mamas

What happens when you do everything “right” so to speak, go to college, get a degree, spend thousands of dollars to get this degree, that you are told is the key to your future success, you graduate and begin your “career” or the search for it only to realize the masterplan to success isn’t all you thought it was cracked up to be?! Even with the degree, your told you don’t have the experience needed, so you start at the bottom, which is to be expected right? But at the bottom, your most likely just making above minimum wage and so begins the “rat-race.” Those student loan repayments kick-in, your working long hours to try and get ahead at a job that you question if this will even be what makes you happy for the rest of your life but you continue to tell yourself that if you keep your head down, working hard will pay off and the money will follow. And while this may be true, for some it does all work out as planned, but at what cost? Time with your family is limited, freedom to to go about your days as you please, taking a two-week vacation throughout the year if your lucky, is this the dream-life we’ve been programmed to believe we want for ourselves? Seems like a scam to me!

In the age of social media, Cam and I started to recognize the shift and the massive opportunity to make money online. We decided we needed to give it a shot, after all, what did we have to lose? We’ve both been through so much throughout the years, like so many others, it opened our eyes to what was important in our lives and the things that weren’t bringing us joy needed to be changed. While, we know these changes won’t come overnight and it would take us a lot of trial and error, we decided to do whatever it took to figure it out!

We are going to take you on this journey with us. We don’t have it all figured out, not just yet! But we are going to take you along for the ride, and we can’t wait!
